Top Notch Roof Cleaning Getting Ready For The Sale

We got a call from a realtor friend with a woman's info who was widowed and trying to sell her home, but the roof needed cleaning. So, we got in contact with her and set up an appointment to clean the roof.

Upon arrival, we noticed the home and concrete desperately needed cleaning as well, so we contacted her and worked up a price for the additional services.

We hit the roof with a 6% mix and the house with a 3% mix—all without a soft wash system—and we surface cleaned the concrete with our commercial surface cleaner and a pre-and post-treat solution.

After finishing the job, we checked the outside outlets to make sure they were working. It turned out they were not, so we chased down the problem for our customer, which was a bad breaker. Once we got that replaced, she was good to go!
